职位概况

備南工業株式会社在冈山举办为期120分钟的现场制造体验活动，面向2028年毕业的在校学生，帮助未有经验者了解金属加工及配电盘盒的生产流程，培养未来技术人才。

主要职责

参加行业说明，了解社会基础设施与金属加工的关联。
聆听工作介绍，认识板金、焊接、组装等团队制造环节。
现场工厂参观，近距离感受微米级精度的加工技术。
参与座谈会，与年轻员工和资深工匠交流职业心得。

任职要求

在校大学、研究生、专科、短大或高等专门学校学生。
预计2028年毕业，专业不限。
对制造业有兴趣，愿意在冈山长期发展。
有过课堂或实习中接触焊接、金属加工者优先。
