Digital Transformation Internship – Controlling (Vehicle Motion Division)

About the role

This internship is part of Bosch Japan's Vehicle Motion Division, supporting the Controlling Process Excellence (CPE) team. You will work on real‑world data and automation projects, connecting systems and delivering usable insights in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Connect and unify data across SAP exports, Excel files and Power BI to build reliable reporting pipelines.
• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards that meet business needs.
• Identify repetitive workflows and create automation solutions using Power BI, Power Automate or similar tools.
• Support digital initiatives, including AI‑assisted use cases such as summarisation, translation and structured data collection.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Data Science, IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, Analytics or a similar field.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI (data modelling, basic DAX) and Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, formulas).
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English; basic Japanese is a plus.
