職務概要
テンセントのゲームスタジオで、アニメーターをサポートしアニメーション品質の向上を目指すモーションテクニカルアーティストの募集です。業務は大阪（JR大阪駅JP TOWER OSAKA）または東京（虎ノ門ヒルズビジネスタワー）のいずれかです。
主な業務内容
- Control Rig、Animation Blueprint、Motion Matching、Ragdollなどの技術を活用し、プレイヤー操作時の即応性と自然な動きを実現するキャラクターアニメーションの品質向上
- カットシーンにおける表情表現の品質を次世代AAAレベルまで引き上げるためのフェイシャル技術の検証と選定
- モーションキャプチャ関連の技術的課題へのサポート
求める人物像
- Retargetの実務経験
- Unreal Engineでのモーションアセット実装、Control RigおよびAnimation Blueprintの使用経験
- State Machine、Blend Space、Transition、Perforceなどの使用経験
- モーションキャプチャシステムの使用経験
- 歓迎：Motion Matching、Mayaでのリギング・スキニング、RBF、ML Deformerの経験
