職務概要
顧客の経営課題を起点に新たな価値を創出し、サービスやプロダクトの進化と事業成長をリードする事業開発リーダー（事業アーキテクト）です。データ・AI活用による店舗マネジメント変革を推進します。
主な業務内容
- 顧客の経営課題を構造化し、データ・AIを活用した解決アプローチを設計・実行し、導入から成果創出までをリード。
- プロジェクトで得た知見をプロダクト・サービスに還元し、汎用化・事業化を推進。
- データサイエンティストや開発チームと連携し、分析・機能開発の方向性を定義。
求める人物像
- 顧客の経営層と対話し、課題を具体化して価値創出にコミットできる方。
- 複数ステークホルダーを巻き込み、プロジェクトを推進できるリーダーシップを持つ方。
必須スキル
- 顧客課題の整理・ソリューション提案・導入・定着支援の一連のプロジェクト経験。
- 業務改革や投資対効果を踏まえた価値提案力。
