職務概要
Box Consulting Teamの導入コンサルタントとして、大手顧客のBoxプラットフォーム導入をリードし、顧客のクラウド上でのコンテンツ管理の変革を支援します。
主な業務内容
- 新規顧客の導入プロジェクト計画・リソース管理、実装リード
- 顧客のユースケース・要件把握とベストプラクティスに基づく設計・設定支援
- プロジェクト進捗・課題・リスク・リソース管理、ステークホルダーへの報告
- 大規模データ移行支援およびBoxとサードパーティ製品の連携提案
- 営業・CSMチームと連携し、スコープ・見積もり作成や利用定着化・拡大計画策定
求める人物像
- コンサルティング経験6年以上、プロジェクトマネジメント実績を有する方
- エンタープライズ規模の導入経験があり、能動的に行動できるチームプレーヤー
- AIファーストな環境で成長マインドセットを持ち、速いペースで挑戦できる方
必須スキル
- 4年制学位取得者
- 日本語と英語のビジネスレベルの語学力
- SaaS導入経験（エンタープライズソフトウェア）
