Product GTM Specialist – Voice AI (Japan)

About the role

The Voice Product GTM Specialist will drive the market launch and adoption of DeepL Voice across Japan. Working closely with Account Executives, product, marketing and engineering teams, you will shape how the real‑time multilingual speech‑to‑speech solution is positioned, demonstrated and sold to enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on Voice‑related opportunities, leading discovery, demos, pilots and presentations.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for DeepL Voice use cases (meetings, live conversations, APIs) and support the creation of sales materials, talk tracks and playbooks.
• Drive Voice ARR growth in Japan as an overlay specialist, collaborating with sales leadership on quota attribution and MBO structures.
• Represent DeepL Voice at customer meetings, workshops, industry conferences and webinars, delivering thought‑leadership content.
• Gather and channel customer feedback to product management to influence roadmap, positioning and packaging.

Required profile

• 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, specialist sales, solutions consulting or product GTM, preferably within Japan’s startup or enterprise tech ecosystem.
• Proven ability to sell complex, emerging products that require extensive customer education.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Motivation to grow overall Voice revenue in a collaborative, overlay sales structure.
• Fluency in Japanese and English.

Required skills
