职位概况
负责日本本土二轮及动力运动客户的动力系统、安全及电动化项目管理，统筹项目立项、进度、预算及跨部门沟通，确保交付质量。
主要职责
- 担任Powertrain、Safety及Electrification项目的整体负责人。
- 与客户（JOEM）保持日常沟通，管理项目需求与变更。
- 协调工厂启动及产品投产，组织内部外部项目会议。
- 制定并监控项目预算，进行成本控制。
任职要求
- 具备与内部外部沟通的能力，熟悉Bosch流程。
- 拥有销售或项目管理经验。
- 日语和英语达到母语水平。
- 有日系二轮制造商项目经验，了解二轮车领域。
必备技能
- Powertrain、Safety、Electrification相关技术知识。
