职位概况
本公司致力于为日本中小企业提供解决方案，现招聘营业综合职，负责新客开发、商谈及成交，提供完善培训，未经验者亦可胜任。
主要职责
- 对潜在客户进行电话或面访，开展业务拓展。
- 安排并进行商务谈判，推动项目签约。
- 签约后交接至事务或项目主管，确保项目顺利执行。
任职要求
- 热爱销售工作，具备良好沟通表达能力。
- 接受全职工作时间（9:00-18:00），可适应多地点轮岗。
- 无行业经验要求，重视成长潜力。
必备技能
- 基本的办公软件操作能力。
我们提供
- 月薪28万~51万日元（含固定加班费），另有绩效奖金。
- 完善的座学、OJT、导师制度，帮助新人快速上手。
- 全年125天以上带薪假期、交通补贴、住房补贴等福利。
