职位概况
我们是一家以数据分析和AI为核心的咨询公司，致力于帮助客户实现业务数字化转型。现招聘专职数据分析研修讲师，负责内部及外部培训项目。
主要职责
- 策划、开发并持续优化数据科学培训课程体系。
- 开展讲授、实操演练及答疑等培训活动。
- 跟踪学员学习效果并提供后续辅导。
- 评估培训成果，撰写报告并提出改进建议。
任职要求
- 具备扎实的数据分析理论与实践经验。
- 有面向他人授课或辅导的经历，能够提供有效反馈。
- 拥有一定的商业工作背景。
必备技能
- 数据分析
- 统计学
- 机器学习
- 编程（如Python）

- 年薪500万~600万日元（根据经验面议）。
