职位概况

小原齿轮工业株式会社提供为期10天的齿轮制作与加工制造实习，面向2028年3月毕业的高校及专科学生，帮助学生了解机械制造全流程。

主要职责

在NC车床、加工中心、滚齿机等工作机床上进行齿轮加工。
学习并实践5S、JIT等生产管理系统。
参与公司概况说明、工厂参观及齿轮知识培训。

任职要求

在校大学、研究生、专科、短大或高等专科学校学生。
预计2028年3月毕业。
对机械制造有兴趣，具备基本的安全意识。

必备技能

NC车床操作
加工中心使用
滚齿机操作
5S现场管理
JIT生产方式了解
