职位概况

株式会社武井工業所面向2027‑2029届毕业生，举办为期一天的现场体验活动，帮助学生深入了解建設业BtoB销售的真实工作场景。

主要职责

公司及行业介绍，了解产品与业务模式。
随同销售员工拜访客户，观摩销售流程。
参与回款、管理及现场施工管理等实务操作。
与前辈员工座谈，交流职业体验。

任职要求

全日制大学、研究生、专科或短大在校生，预计2027‑2029年3月毕业。
对建設行业或BtoB销售有兴趣。
可在活动当天提供半天或全天时间。

必备技能

无特定技术技能要求，具备学习热情即可。
