由社会福祉法人虹の会主办的2天福祉工作体验活动，面向大学生及专科学生，提供现场支援、团队互动及职场体验。

主要职责

参与现场支援工作，如购物、烹饪等实际操作。
与机构工作人员交流，了解福祉服务流程。
参加设施参观、员工访谈及职业咨询会。

任职要求

在校大学、研究生、短大、专科学校或高等专门学校学生。
能够自行参加活动并遵守日程安排。

必备技能

具备基本的沟通与团队合作能力。

我们提供

往返新旭站的接送服务。
活动期间的餐饮与住宿安排（第一天）。
最高3000日元的交通补贴。
