职位概况

株式会社菱熱在福冈举办为期3天的设施工程实习体验，面向理工科学生，深入了解从设计、施工到设备维护的全过程。

主要职责

参加公司介绍及总部楼层参观，了解企业文化。
学习ZEB（零能耗建筑）设计原理并进行基础设计实践。
前往福冈机场国际航站楼现场，观摩施工进度。
使用3D CAD和BIM模型进行图纸绘制练习。
参与冷热设备的保养与维护实操。

任职要求

理工科背景，具备机械、电气或建筑基础知识。
对设施工程、设计施工及维护有浓厚兴趣。
2028届毕业生或同等学历的在校生。

必备技能

3D CAD操作能力。
BIM模型使用经验。

我们提供
