职位概况
岩井整形外科病院招聘外来看護師，负责门诊护理工作。工作时间为周一至周五8:45‑17:15，周六8:45‑12:30，提供月薪307,000日元，年终奖等福利。
主要职责
- 接待外来患者并进行初步评估。
- 准备检查及手术所需器械。
- 实施术前、术后护理及健康指导。
- 记录护理过程并与医师沟通。
任职要求
- 具备3年以上外来看护经验。
- 能够独立完成门诊护理全流程。
- 接受周末值班安排。
- 具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉门诊护理流程。
- 掌握基本医疗器械的使用方法。
- 了解常见外科护理知识。
