职位概况
负责在CFO直辖下推动公司非连续性增长的并购项目，承担从战略制定、目标筛选、尽职调查到整合后的协同落地全流程。
主要职责
- 制定并购整体策略并进行项目筛选。
- 组织并执行尽职调查（DD）及并购后整合（PMI）。
- 推动并购后协同效应实现，提升企业价值。
- 协助公司经营企划、投资者关系等核心业务。
