职位概况

株式会社アセットプランニング提供为期5天的房地产行业实习，时间可在三组日期中任选。实习地点位于北海道札幌市中心，提供现场物业参观、业务体验等多元化活动。

主要职责

现场参观在售及在建物业，了解项目进展。
参与日常业务流程的模拟演练。
与年轻员工进行座谈，交流行业经验。
接受商务礼仪及职场基本培训。

任职要求

全日制大学或研究生（硕士）在读，专业不限。
能够在指定日期全程参加，每天10:00-16:00。
遵守着装要求，需穿正装并自行准备适合走动的鞋子。

必备技能

具备基本的沟通表达能力。
能够使用办公软件进行简单文档处理。
