职位概况

本项目为期5天的来社型实习，面向2028年3月及以后毕业的大学生，提供在成城石井IT部门参与DX项目策划与业务体验的机会。

主要职责

参观门店、数据中心及总部，了解业务系统的实际应用。
参与个人及小组工作，围绕“数据活用”“系统改进”等主题提出方案。
与IT部门员工交流，体验IT工程师的日常工作。

任职要求

在校大学生、研究生、专科生或高专生，2028年3月后毕业。
信息类专业或对IT、数字化转型有兴趣。
无需具备IT技术技能，欢迎零经验者。

必备技能

基本的办公软件使用能力。

我们提供

现场参观成城石井门店、数据中心及总部。
与IT部门员工面对面交流的机会。
实战式的DX项目策划体验。
