Asset Associate

About the role

The Asset Associate will manage purchase orders from placement through delivery, ensuring timely supply of products. This role works closely with suppliers, internal teams, and sales to maintain optimal inventory levels and support business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from placement through delivery and ensure timely supply of products.
• Maintain supplier relationships, negotiate delivery schedules, lead times, and commercial conditions.
• Monitor open POs, backlog, delivery status, and inventory to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to expedite orders and resolve supply or delivery issues.
• Work closely with Sales and other internal teams to understand business requirements and ensure appropriate product availability.
• Optimize inventory levels while balancing customer demand, supply availability, and business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline PO and supplier management processes.
