职位概况
本岗位为BASF日本分公司在东京的Assistant Manager, Japan Sales（JG4），负责日本市场的丙烯酸业务拓展，重点在既有客户深耕及新客户开发，推动市场份额提升。
主要职责
- 达成所负责客户的销售额和数量目标。
- 制定并执行产品销售策略，开展市场开发、新产品导入及渠道策略。
- 维护关键客户的中长期关系，支持全球客户（含日本企业海外分支）需求。
- 与海外营销部门进行日常英语沟通，参与定价、供货量调整，并与供应链、营销、财务等部门协作。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，化学或商务相关专业优先。
- 具备化工企业销售经验。
- 具备商务水平的英语能力。
必备技能
- 英语（商务水平）
