Associate Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services, Marketing

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services Marketing team. In this position you will help shape marketing strategies and campaigns for large regional and global clients, leveraging Mastercard’s data assets and technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and multiple workstreams across diverse industries.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing strategies and campaigns by working with technology and data teams.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, acting as a trusted partner.
• Develop business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations.
• Plan, organize, and structure work for junior consultants to generate insights and prepare presentations.
• Lead internal and external meetings, and co‑lead project management activities.
• Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders, including Product and Business Development, to build intellectual capital.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting or advisory roles with a focus on marketing.
• Strong ability to manage complex projects and multiple workstreams.
• Proven client‑facing skills and ability to act as a reliable partner.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
