Business Development Senior Associate

About the role

FeverUp is looking for a Business Development Senior Associate to help expand its entertainment platform in Japan. You will own the full sales cycle, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy in one of its fastest‑growing markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with major producers, creators, venues and other entertainment stakeholders.
• Manage contracts to ensure sustainable economics and long‑term value for both parties.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, Tech) to drive partner growth across Japan and internationally.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in Japanese entertainment and act as the internal expert on new experiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven success in sales or business development within fast‑paced environments such as ticketing, entertainment, media, hospitality or tech.
• Fluent in Japanese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter with a data‑driven approach to prioritisation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic start‑up setting.
