職務概要
NetAppは、AIの加速とデータ量の増加を背景とした変革期において、統合プラットフォーム（クラウド、データ、ストレージ、セキュリティ、AI）を起点に顧客のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを支援する企業です。同社のClient Executive（CE）として、顧客のゴールや課題を理解した価値提案やアドバイザリーを行い、新規顧客獲得や売上拡大に貢献するポジションです。
主な業務内容
- Global Teamとのプロジェクトにおける情報連携や立案の協力
- 担当Global Strategic Partner様のExecutiveとの関係構築・維持
- Partner様との営業部門やSE部門などとの接点の拡大とビジネスチャンスの発掘
- 組織を横断してソリューション・製品の浸透活動
- Partner様の強みを活かした協業ソリューションの開発計画と実行
- MEDDICCに基づくパイプライン管理やSales Excellenceの実施
求める人物像
- IT業界で10年以上の実務経験
- Partner Business/Alliance Businessへの十分な理解
- 日本語と英語による文書・口頭の優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 望ましくは、Partnerビジネスのマネジメントスキルと数字への責任感
- 望ましくは、複雑な課題を戦略的に捉え提案し、自発的に行動できる方
提供する待遇
- 正社員・期間の定めなし、試用期間3か月
- 9:00-17:30（フレックスまたは裁量労働制）、完全週休2日制
