Clinical Engagement Lead – Japan

About the role

Beeline Medicines is seeking a senior, field‑based Clinical Engagement Lead to drive investigator and site relationships across Japan and other APAC territories. The role serves as the primary liaison between the company and global clinical investigators, supporting site identification, engagement, and trial execution for the organization’s I&I programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigators, academic medical centers, and research sites.
• Identify and qualify trial sites, ensuring alignment with study protocols and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for investigators, providing scientific and operational support.
• Gather field intelligence and relay insights to Clinical Development and Medical Affairs teams.
• Represent Beeline Medicines at conferences, meetings, and other external events.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory and occasionally beyond for company meetings or training.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in clinical development or site‑facing roles.
• Proven track record of building and managing investigator relationships.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and the I&I therapeutic area.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Japan and APAC.
