职位概况

本实习为期5天，面向理工科学生，提供在株式会社东和制作所油压缸设计开发部门的现场体验，地点位于岐阜县美浓加茂市。

主要职责

参与油压缸的设计图绘制与评审。
协助产品组装与现场测试。
参与油压实验及性能验证。
与资深工程师交流，了解行业与公司业务。
完成实习成果汇报与展示。

任职要求

在校大学生、研究生或高等专科学校理工科专业。
对机械设计或油压系统有兴趣。
具备基本的团队协作与沟通能力。

必备技能

无特定软件要求，具备机械制图或CAD基础者优先。
