Data Science & AI Internship – Quality Management

About the role

This is a challenging internship at Bosch Japan, offering the chance to work for a global automotive technology leader. You will join a dynamic team in the Quality Management Customer Department, gaining practical experience on day‑to‑day operations and project work.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce data science and AI solutions within the Quality area in Japan.
• Improve and visualise existing IT tools used by the department.
• Support additional tasks related to the PS/QMC‑JP project.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled at a university and able to stay 6‑12 months.
• Fluent in English; ability to work with English‑based databases that may contain Japanese data.
• Communicative, proactive, tenacious and reliable team player.
• Willingness to live and work in a different culture.

Required skills

• Experience as a data scientist.
• Proficiency with a programming language (e.g., Python) and AI/machine‑learning technologies.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of relational data models, including normalization methods.
• Experience creating user forms and reporting tools.
