Education Excellence Staff – Orthopaedics

About the role

The Education Excellence Staff will lead professional and commercial education for orthopaedics across Trauma, Sports, Joint reconstruction and Spine at DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson business. The role combines strategic planning, stakeholder management and digital innovation to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop mid‑ to long‑term education strategies and annual execution plans for orthopaedic products.
• Design and implement learning journeys aligned with physician and employee career stages.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, KOLs, academic organisations and societies.
• Act as central PMO for system and digital initiatives, coordinating with global, APAC and domestic teams.
• Develop and promote digital education solutions and hybrid learning models.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and drive continuous improvement through data‑driven feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in orthopaedics (sales, marketing, clinical or education).
• Experience in program planning or project leadership preferred.
• Native‑level Japanese and business‑level English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly, including occasional weekends.
