Enterprise Account Executive, System Integrators

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on System Integrators, you will be based in Tokyo and act as the primary bridge between Anthropic and Japan’s leading system‑integrator ecosystem. You will develop strategic partnerships that enable SI firms to sell, implement and support Anthropic’s AI solutions for their enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue generated through SIer channels by creating joint go‑to‑market strategies, co‑selling motions and enablement programs.
• Design and execute partner territory plans, targeting tier‑1 and regional SIers across IT consulting, systems integration and managed services.
• Lead engagements with senior SIer leadership – practice heads, solution architects, pre‑sales directors and partner managers – to build technical confidence and commercial alignment.
• Coordinate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships, Marketing) to deliver enablement resources, joint solution frameworks and collateral.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for SIer partners throughout complex enterprise opportunities, ensuring deal momentum and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise sales or partner‑management experience in Japan, with a proven track record working through system integrators in the technology sector.
• Deep understanding of Japan’s SIer ecosystem, including partnership evaluation, solution design and sales processes.
• Demonstrated ability to build high‑trust relationships with SIer organizations and drive revenue through channel partnerships.
• Experience navigating multi‑layered stakeholder environments and aligning partner, customer and company objectives.
• Successful development and execution of partner enablement programs such as technical training, sales toolkits and co‑marketing initiatives.
