職務概要
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations（ERP）導入プロジェクトにおいて、ファンクショナルコンサルタントとして、計画立案から導入後の運用支援まで一貫して担当します。サブリードまたはチームリードとして参画することも想定されています。
主な業務内容
- ERP導入のロードマップと導入計画の策定
- 業務要件定義とFit & Gap分析
- 業務プロセス分析・設計、業務フローの策定
- 要件・課題・リスク管理を含む導入プロセス全体の推進
- 導入プロジェクトの作業計画とタスクのリード
- 同僚やチームメンバーへの支援・育成
- プリセールスフェーズにおける提案活動のサポート
求める人物像
- サプライチェーンマネジメントの業務知識または、会計・債権・債務などの基礎的な業務知識
- ERP導入の実務経験3年以上（SAPなどDynamics以外も可）
- チームリード及びサブリード経験（目安3年程度）
- ITに関する基本的な知識
- 業務分析力と洞察力、クライアント指向の作業スタイル
- 高いプレゼンテーション能力
- 柔軟性があり、自律的かつチームプレーヤーであること
