Global Project Lead – Customer Service & ERP Transformation

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Project Lead to drive ERP platform transformation and enhance customer service operations in Japan. The role combines project management, process optimisation and call‑center improvement to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define project schedule and transition plan for the Japan region as part of the global ERP transformation team.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to complete milestones such as application listing, solution confirmation, BAT/UAT and system cut‑over.
• Map and align next‑generation ERP processes with existing work streams.
• Negotiate Japan‑specific requirements with global and regional stakeholders to protect customer value.
• Transform the Call Center by eliminating non‑value‑added tasks and automating processes to free capacity for revenue‑creating activities.
• Create revenue opportunities with the commercial team by guiding potential users toward purchase.
• Promote electronic order management (EDI) over fax and calls, maintaining order accuracy and improving vendor productivity.
