About the role
Join Bosch Japan’s HR Shared Service team for a six‑month internship focused on people acquisition. You will work in a dynamic, global environment, gaining hands‑on experience in recruitment support, event organisation and HR marketing activities. You will collaborate with HR professionals across recruitment, talent acquisition and employee engagement, contributing to projects that enhance Bosch’s employer brand in Japan.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily internship activities and support the HR team.
- Assist with personnel marketing initiatives and employer branding.
- Organise and facilitate events, workshops and recruitment fairs.
- Provide administrative support for hiring processes.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a university program.
- Fluent in English and proficient in business‑level Japanese.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to stay in Japan for at least six months and work full‑time (40 hours/week).
Required skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
