HR Shared Services Internship – People Acquisition

About the role

Join Bosch Japan as an HR Shared Services intern, supporting the People Acquisition Campus. You will gain hands‑on experience in a global automotive leader while working with a dynamic team on daily operations and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internship activities and schedules.
• Support personnel marketing initiatives.
• Organise events and workshops for the campus.
• Assist with hiring processes and related tasks.

Required profile

• Specialised knowledge relevant to HR or recruitment.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent English; basic to intermediate Japanese is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Enrolled at a university for the full internship period (minimum 6 months).
• Willingness to live and work in a different culture, 40 hours per week.
