HR Specialist – Labor Relations and HR Systems

About the role

The AI Robot Association (AIRoA), a general incorporated association founded in December 2024, is building its HR function from the ground up. It seeks a full-time HR Specialist to help design and run labor relations, HR planning, HR systems and day-to-day operations. About 40% of the workload is dedicated to policy and system design, with the rest split between operations and consultation.

Key responsibilities

• Labor and attendance management, including overtime and discretionary work systems
• Onboarding, transfers and social insurance procedures
• Drafting initial drafts of HR regulations and organizing discussion points (final decisions made by the HR Manager)
• Running performance appraisal cycles and maintaining compensation and grading data
• Coordinating onboarding and transfer logistics
• Serving as first point of contact for harassment and compliance inquiries
• Improving and managing the Money Forward HR system

Required profile

• Practical experience in HR and labor relations (years of experience not specified)
• Ability to communicate carefully and coordinate with internal departments
• Preferred: experience in a startup or newly founded organization, and experience with diverse employment forms such as dispatch, secondments and part-time work
