职位概况
本实习岗位位于日本横滨的博世集团人力资源部门，面向在校大学生，提供为期4至12个月的全职或兼职实习机会，期间可获得每月20万日元的补贴。
主要职责
- 支持跨域计算解决方案事业部的人力资源日常工作。
- 策划并执行针对入职1-3年员工的入职培训项目。
- 准备并组织面向XC事业部的人力资源工作坊。
- 跨部门工程领域工作坊的准备与运营。
任职要求
- 在校大学生，能够在实习期间保持在校状态。
- 具备优秀的MS Office使用能力。
- 具备良好的沟通、主动性和团队合作精神。
- 流利的日语和英语。

- MS Office
