职位概况
博世集团位于横滨的车辆运动事业部招聘硬件工程师，负责制动系统ECU的硬件开发与项目管理。
主要职责
- 负责制动系统ECU硬件的电路计算、实验、图纸及TCD制作。
- 进行故障分析并与试验部门协调电磁兼容、环境测试。
- 与国内外团队（德国、印度、中国、美国）协作，推进项目进度。
- 承担客户技术说明与折衝，编制开发费用估算、需求分析、试制与量产计划。
任职要求
- 具备电子元件及电路基础知识，能够向他人解释。
- 日语母语水平，能够进行技术折衝。
- 英语水平（TOEIC 600以上），有实际使用经验。
- 积极主动，结果导向。
必备技能
- ECU硬件开发（回路计算、实验、图纸、TCD、故障分析）。
- EMC设计与评估经验。
- 回路仿真与电气实验经验。
- 熟悉DRBFM、FTA、FMEDA、FMEA等可靠性分析方法。
