职位概况

本实习面向工业工程（IE）专业学生，提供在三菱电机ビルソリューションズ稻泽工厂的生产技术部门，参与制造现场的生产效率提升项目。

主要职责

现场调研并收集生产数据。
进行生产性分析，提出JIT改进方案。
协助制定并实施改善措施。
与现场工程师团队合作完成项目。

任职要求

了解工业工程或统计、概率等相关知识。
具备良好的沟通协作能力。
对新技术和挑战保持兴趣。

必备技能

工业工程基础知识。
