职位概况

本项目为住友生命集团线上开展的IT解决方案企划提案工作坊，面向2028年毕业的学生，帮助参与者真实体验系统工程师（SE）的工作内容。

主要职责

以团队形式分析客户企业的经营课题。
策划并提出IT解决方案。
在项目结束后接受现役SE的专业反馈。

任职要求

对IT行业有兴趣，愿意了解系统工程师的工作。
具备团队合作精神，乐于解决问题。
无相关经验亦可，项目提供细致指导。

必备技能

我们提供

住友生命集团的稳定平台。
线上远程参与，灵活时间安排（12:00-17:00）。
项目结束后获得SE职业技能的初步认知。
