職務概要
ネスレ日本のITインフラを安全・安定に運用し、事業成長を支える基盤として機能させるため、ITプラットフォームチームをリードしていただきます。国内外のITチームや外部ベンダーと連携し、クラウド・ネットワーク・サーバー等の全般的なインフラ改善を推進します。
主な業務内容
- クラウド、ネットワーク、サーバー、ストレージ等のITインフラ全般の運用・改善をリード
- 複数のインフラ関連プロジェクトの管理、予算・スケジュール・リソース調整
- 国内拠点のWi‑Fi・有線ネットワーク・サーバーの安定運用と品質向上
- 障害調査・対応・再発防止策の策定、重大障害時の対応方針整理と関係者への情報共有
- グローバルITチーム、国内ITチーム、外部ベンダーとの連携・調整

必須スキル
- AWS、Azure などのクラウドサービス運用経験
- 企業ネットワーク、サーバー、ストレージ、Wi‑Fi 等のインフラ知識
- Cisco、Aruba 等のネットワーク機器に関する実務経験
- ITインフラ全般の設計・運用・改善スキル
- セキュリティ、コンプライアンス、リスク管理の知識
提供する待遇
- 年収想定 1,000 万円～1,400 万円（経験・スキルに応じ決定）
- 賞与年2回、各種手当（グレード、残業、通勤）
