博世株式会社在日本横滨提供JMP（Junior Managers Program）项目的商业运营岗位，涉及财务、会计、物流、采购等全链条工作，旨在培养未来的管理干部。
主要职责
- 负责商业领域的财务与会计管理。
- 参与供应链、物流及采购流程的优化。
- 跨部门协作，进行报告与问题解决。
- 在不同业务单元轮岗，了解全局业务。
任职要求
- 硕士以上学历，经济、管理、商务等专业，具备财务会计知识。
- 拥有海外经历，英语TOEIC 800分以上，日语母语水平。
- 具备5年以下工作经验，能够接受国内外调动。
- 具备团队或项目领导经验。
必备技能
- SAP系统操作经验。
- Excel高级技能（函数、数据分析）。
- Power BI等数据可视化工具使用经验。
