主要职责
- 参与日本客户的大型跨国项目，负责项目计划、执行与交付。
- 与全球跨文化团队协作，推动技术方案落地。
- 在项目全生命周期内进行进度、风险和资源管理。
任职要求
- 具备强烈的主动性和责任感，乐于持续学习。
- 能够在跨文化环境中有效沟通，尤其是与日本利益相关者合作。
- 具备项目协调、决策和结构化问题解决能力。
必备技能
- 项目管理经验或相关培训。
- 对电动化技术（如功率电子、e轴系统）有基本了解。
