Manager, Data Analyst, Performance Marketing

About the role

The Manager, Online Data Analytics will lead data‑driven initiatives for performance marketing, supporting the development of online strategies and digital transformation. This senior role reports to the Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing and works closely with e‑commerce and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify, scope, and execute analytics and digitalization initiatives that address key online business needs.
• Develop comprehensive data strategies leveraging existing market, platform, and media data as well as new data acquisition efforts.
• Lead planning and analysis of the online market landscape, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Define innovative modeling techniques to generate insights and drive process improvements.
• Oversee data quality assessment, cleaning, and processing practices.

Required profile

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Extensive knowledge of e‑commerce, digital analytics tools, digital marketing, and technology architecture implementation.
