Mgr, Process Support Engineer

About the role

The Process Support Engineer Manager leads a team that works directly with customers to introduce new semiconductor equipment technologies, ensuring successful installations, troubleshooting, and qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of new technology at customer sites through demos, on‑site evaluations, joint development programs and tool qualifications.
• Act as liaison between customers and the Business Unit, translating issues into solutions and ensuring clear communication.
• Manage PSEs delivering on‑site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Oversee operational quality checks, approve system equipment performance and instruct customers on operation and maintenance.
• Lead training and certification of PSEs within their areas of responsibility.
• Plan demand and produce financial forecasts for the activity.
• Apply functional and integration knowledge across multiple processes and technologies.
• Guide a homogeneous team, adapt plans to service challenges and resolve technical and operational problems.

Required profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of three or more processes on at least two technologies, or expert level in one technology.
• Strong functional integration knowledge and ability to apply industry concepts to achieve business objectives.
• Proven leadership experience managing a technical team, influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational issues.
