About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Non‑Technical Project/Program Management IV professional to lead and execute projects and programs in Yokkaichi, Japan. The role focuses on defining objectives, planning resources, and ensuring delivery according to specifications and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, and resource plans to enable effective execution.
• Deliver projects in line with product/process specifications, cost targets, resource utilization, and schedule commitments.
• Document all phases of development and disseminate information to relevant functional areas.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional staff to maximize productivity and incorporate new technologies into Applied Materials offerings.

Required profile

• Demonstrated depth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices for products, processes, or services.
• Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate complexity and risk.
