职位概况
负责日本市场Bosch Rexroth工业机械油压业务的整体战略制定与执行，带领销售及系统设计制造团队，实现持续的收入增长和高盈利。
主要职责
- 制定并推进业务与销售战略，开拓市场，提升客户价值。
- 管理横滨总部的销售部门及位于茨城的油压系统设计制造部门。
- 构建并培养高绩效的销售团队，进行人才梯队建设。
- 定期向德国总部汇报，协调全球与日本的业务策略。
- 每周出差至茨城工厂，监督生产进度与质量。
任职要求
- 具备工业机械尤其是油压业务的丰富经验。
- 具备商务层面的英语沟通与谈判能力。
- 日语为母语，能够流利沟通。
