职位概况
负责二轮车安全产品的技术项目管理，带领项目团队完成需求实现、进度控制及技术协调。
主要职责
- 对客戶项目（JOEM）进行技术项目管理。
- 技术层面领导项目团队。
- 管理客户规格、平台规格需求并落实到产品。
- 制定并跟踪开发进度。
- 在客户与内部之间进行技术沟通与协调。
任职要求
- 具备工程学知识。
- 拥有与OEM合作的产品开发及技术协调经验。
- 具备产品设计、开发与评估经验。
- 能够使用日语进行技术沟通。
- 能够使用英语进行技术沟通（TOEIC≥700）。
- 了解二轮车辆基础知识。
- 具备功能安全（ISO26262）相关知识或开发经验者优先。
- 具备故障安全系统自诊断或安全功能开发经验者优先。
必备技能
- 工程学知识
- OEM产品开发经验
- 产品设计与评估能力
- 日语技术沟通能力
- 英语技术沟通能力（TOEIC≥700）
- 二轮车基础知识
