职位概况
负责Bosch Rexroth日本公司人事部的整体运营，带领9名成员及外包团队，支持横滨或土浦的业务发展。
主要职责
- 统筹人事与总务工作，向公司高层提供战略性人事支持。
- 推动组织变革，提升企业文化、领导力及多元包容性。
- 负责人才获取、招聘质量及时间指标，建立与高校及母公司的人才交流。
- 规划并实施培训体系，管理绩效评估、继任者培养及劳动力规划。
- 维护劳资关系，开展与工会的沟通。
- 管理入离职、考勤、薪酬等人事事务，优化薪酬福利制度。
- 负责设施管理、采购、车辆及企业活动的组织。
任职要求
- 具备人力资源或管理学学位。
- 熟悉日本劳动法、公司法及相关法规。
- 拥有丰富的人事管理经验，能够在跨国企业环境中工作。
必备技能
- 日语和中文沟通能力。
