职位概况
稲波脊椎・関節病院招聘外来护理助理（兼职），负责门诊区的护理辅助工作，工作时间为周一至周五08:30-17:00，周六08:30-12:15。
主要职责
- 协助护士进行门诊患者的基本护理与检查准备。
- 负责患者的体温、血压等生命体征测量。
- 维护门诊环境整洁，管理医疗器械和耗材。
任职要求
- 具备护理助理或相关医疗工作经验者优先。
- 能够适应轮班工作，具备良好的沟通协作能力。
- 能够遵守医院的规章制度和卫生安全标准。
必备技能
- 基础护理操作技能。
- 熟悉门诊工作流程。
我们提供
- 时薪1250日元，通勤补贴最高10万日元/月。
- 每周两天休息，入职六个月后按出勤比例发放年假。
- 弹性入职时间，可协商。
