职位概况
负责海德格兰品牌工业液压及电液系统在日本市场的售后服务，涵盖现场维修、故障诊断及客户技术支持。
主要职责
- 在公司服务中心及客户现场进行油压/电液系统的保养、维修和试运行。
- 分析故障与不良，制定纠正措施并优化系统性能。
- 编制报价单和技术提案书。
- 推动售后服务相关的新订单获取。
任职要求
- 具备油压产品的基础知识和实际工作经验。
- 有现场服务业务经验，能够出差服务国内客户。
- TOEIC 500分以上（或有自主学习英语的意愿）。
- 良好的沟通能力、客户导向和积极工作态度。
- 持有普通汽车驾照。
必备技能
- 油压系统维护与维修
- 电液系统调试
- 故障分析与纠正
- 报价编制与提案撰写
- 电子服务报告编写及PC操作
