职位概况
本公司在东京总部招聘营业职，主要负责新建住宅保险、翻修及二手住宅保险等业务的推广。提供在职培训，未经验者亦可应聘。
主要职责
- 通过直接提案或经由经销店进行住宅保险及相关服务的销售。
- 开展新建住宅保险、翻修、二手住宅买卖保险、工程保险、住宅审查及各类保证业务的推广。
- 根据分配区域进行客户拜访，必要时出差。
任职要求
- 持有普通汽车驾驶执照。
- 具备住宅或建筑行业知识者优先。
- 有企业客户销售、金融贷款、保险代理或房地产经验者优先。
- 能够使用Excel、Word、PowerPoint进行资料制作。

我们提供
- 月薪22万日元以上，依据经验面议。
- 年终奖两次，年度调薪一次。
- 通勤补贴最高5万日元。
- 带薪年假、法定节假日、年假124天。
