职位概况

3M相模原工厂招聘机械操作员，负责M系列产品的生产制造。工作采用轮班制，注重安全、交期和质量。

主要职责

操作M相关产品的生产机械，确保生产顺利进行。
遵守安全规程，保障现场安全。
按时完成生产任务，保证产品质量。
参与55活动、QCC活动，推动持续改进。

任职要求

具备产品制造或加工工作经验。
能够使用自驾车或自行车通勤，适应轮班工作。
能够在三班倒（6:45~14:45、14:35~22:35、22:30~6:50）中任选。

必备技能

机械操作能力。
