职位概况
技研施工面向2027年毕业的学生开展新卒招聘，提供现场运营、施工管理、机械设计等多岗位机会，支持员工成长并提供全球化发展平台。
主要职责
- 担任サイレントパイラー™操作员及其辅助工作
- 参与现场管理、施工计划制定与工法推广
- 从事机械设计、技术指导及项目受注活动
- 负责技术研发、设备安全管理及综合行政事务
任职要求
- 2027年毕业的高中、专科、大学或研究生
- 土木、建筑、机械等相关专业优先，亦接受全学科应聘
- 具备团队协作精神，愿意接受国内外出差调动
必备技能
- 现场操作与设备使用基础
- 施工管理或机械设计相关知识
- 基本的安全与质量控制意识
